Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for supporting a woman-owned handmade crochet business! Every item is thoughtfully crafted by hand, and due to the nature of handmade goods, the following policies apply:


1. Commissioned Orders (Custom Requests)

All commissioned or made-to-order items are final sale. Because these pieces are created specifically to your request (colors, sizing, style, etc.), I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders.


2. No Refunds for Structurally Sound Items

If your order arrives structurally sound and as described, it is not eligible for a refund or return. Minor variations are normal with handmade products and add to their uniqueness.


3. Quality Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a structural defect that affects its usability, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so I can review and assist.


4. Color & Handmade Variations

Please note that slight differences in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of crochet and screen display differences. These are not considered defects.


5. Contact Before Filing Claims

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out directly before leaving a review or filing a claim. I truly care about your experience and will do my best to help within policy guidelines.
