Welcome, and thank you for supporting a woman-owned handmade crochet business! By placing an order or interacting with this shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handmade, which means slight variations in size, texture, and appearance may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment. Prices are listed clearly at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for future orders.

3. Custom & Commissioned Orders

Custom or commissioned pieces are created specifically for the buyer and are final sale. Once work has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times vary depending on item complexity and current order volume. Estimated timelines are provided when possible but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of my control.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

By purchasing, you agree to the shop’s Return & Refund Policy. Commissioned items are non-refundable, and structurally sound items are not eligible for returns.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided. Improper care (washing, stretching, exposure to heat, etc.) may damage handmade items and is not covered under refunds or replacements.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Some crochet items may contain small parts or delicate fibers. Buyers are responsible for ensuring safe use, especially around children or pets. Supervision is recommended where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, descriptions, and branding are the property of this business and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

10. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion, including cases of abusive behavior, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
