Processing times vary depending on the item and order volume. Ready-to-ship items are typically shipped within a few business days, while handmade or commissioned pieces may take longer. Estimated timelines will be shared when possible but are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or similar services). Shipping speed options may vary based on availability and checkout selection.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking will be provided once your order ships (when available). Please allow time for tracking updates after receiving your shipment notification.
6. Delays in Transit
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other transit issues outside of my control.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. I’m happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
8. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so I can review and assist.
